Business Banking Services

Can your business keep up with 2020?

The year 2020 has brought about quite a few changes to “normal” operations for businesses of all sizes. Many companies have employees working from home, altered business hours, new rules about occupancy, or new methods for accepting payments. Businesses are looking to streamline their operations or work remotely in order to abide by federal, state and local restrictions that sometimes change daily. At First Keystone Community Bank, we can help your business find ways to make day-to-day operations easier. We offer a variety of business banking services that will have your business running smoothly, whether you are working from home or the office.

Merchant Services

We can help with mobile and online processing to meet any of your business needs. Go “cash free” and increase sales by accepting debit and credit cards at your business.  No lengthy contract or minimum monthly processing volumes are required. We provide all the equipment you’ll need and set everything up for you, guaranteeing a smooth transition!

ACH Origination

Sending payments to your vendors and paychecks to your employees electronically is safe and easy with ACH origination. Get paid and send funds quickly with automated processing. “ACH Debit” is a great way to collect payments like rent or dues, and the funds are available in your account faster than dealing with paper checks. As an added bonus, automated processing reduces the chance of accounting errors, which benefits your business’ record-keeping.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

RDC allows you to deposit checks from the comfort and safety of your office. With an easy-to-use scanner, depositing checks is a quick and easy process. You can make deposits after normal banking hours and choose to deposit checks one at a time or in batches. To ensure that your financial information is secure, all deposit transactions from your scanner are encrypted.

Lockbox

Let First Keystone collect and process customer payments on your behalf. We will help you design payment tickets that can be sent to your customers with their invoice. Your customers can bring their payment ticket to one of our branches or mail it to a Post Office box managed by us. We’ll provide daily reconciliation files, so you know who paid you and when.

Business Online Banking and Bill Pay

Monitor your accounts and balances from anywhere. Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts or set up Bill Pay for your monthly expenses. Online Banking makes it easy and convenient to keep an eye on your accounts while you’re away from the office.

Business Debit and Credit Cards

With a First Keystone Business Debit Card linked to your business checking account, you can make purchases online or in-store. You can also set up access for employees to make purchases on behalf of your business. It streamlines your transactions and removes the need for expense vouchers and reimbursements. We also offer business credit cards which allow for earning rewards or a lower interest rate. Visit any First Keystone Community Bank branch to inquire about debit and credit card options.
