Additional Convenience Services Are Available

While First Keystone Community Bank is committed to providing our customers with the latest banking technology, there are several other convenient options available for customers that may not wish to access their accounts through traditional online methods. In addition to our online services, we also offer a variety of ways to check your account balances, make transfers between accounts, make deposits, and conduct other types of banking transactions. Let’s take a look at some of the options.

TouchPhone Banking

Using First Keystone’s TouchPhone Banking and a touch tone telephone, you can retrieve basic PERSONAL ACCOUNT information 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply dial 570-759-BANK (570-759-2265), or toll free at 1-888-759-2265, and follow the prompts. When calling TouchPhone Banking for the first time, the system will guide you through the process of creating your own unique, confidential personal identification number (your ‘PIN’ number) using the last four digits of the Social Security number of the first-named person on the account. You can also change the PIN at any time through TouchPhone Banking.

For deposit accounts, information available through TouchPhone Banking includes:

  • current and available account balances
  • last transaction posted
  • last check cleared

For loans, available information includes:

  • loan balance
  • available line of credit (if applicable)
  • last payment date and amount
  • next payment due date
ATMs

At each of our First Keystone branch offices, you’ll find an Automatic Teller Machine waiting to process your transactions. Using the ATM, you can check your account balance, transfer money between accounts, make a cash or check deposit, or withdraw cash. Your First Keystone debit card is the key to completing transactions quickly and securely. If you don’t already have a debit card, you can apply for one at any branch.

Night Deposit Drop

All First Keystone Community Bank locations (with the exception of the Dallas Branch) have a night deposit drop box that also provides the ability to accept envelope deposits. Your deposit or loan payment can be placed in the night drop and the transaction will be processed on the next business day. Remember to include the cash or check in the envelope, along with a deposit slip noting your name, account number, and a phone number, in case we need to contact you. For loan payments, include a note with your name, loan account number, and a telephone number.

Bank by Mail

Even if you can’t get to an ATM or night deposit drop, we also accept transactions through the U.S. mail. Deposits and loan payments received by mail will be processed on the same business day they are received at FKCB, so please allow adequate time for delivery.  All transactions should be made by check, as we do not advise sending cash through the mail. You can find the address for your local branch by visiting our website locations page or by calling 570-752-3671.

As always, your friendly Keystone Banker is here to answer your questions or to help you find the easiest way to complete your banking transactions. Please feel free to contact us at 570-752-3671. Thank you for banking with First Keystone Community Bank.
