How to Delete Your Digital Banking Profile

If you’d like to delete your Digital Banking profile, please fill out the form below. Once received, our Digital Banking team will reach out to you to confirm your request before going through the process of deactivating and deleting all of your digital services. Please be aware this process is not reversible, and should you decide you’d like access to Digital Banking again in the future, you will need to re-enroll.


Things to Consider

Please take a moment to consider the points below before moving forward with your Digital Banking Profile deletion request:

  • You will no longer be able to log into Digital Banking or the FKCB Mobile App. Any recurring or automatic transfers you set up between your own accounts or external accounts will be cancelled.
  • You will no longer have access to electronic statements. Please download copies of any historical statements prior to requesting profile deletion. Once your profile is deleted, you will revert to receiving periodic statements via physical mail.
  • You will no longer have access to any auxiliary Digital Banking features including Card Management, MX Budget Tracking, and SavvyMoney Credit Score. If you have any debit cards locked in Card Management, please re-enable them prior to requesting profile deletion. Any information you entered into MX Budget Tracking will be lost.
  • You will no longer have access to Mobile Remote Deposit services if you are currently enrolled. Any checks that you have submitted will continue to be processed, but the service will no longer be available once your profile is deleted.
  • You will no longer have access to Bill Pay. All recurring or scheduled payments that have not yet been processed will be cancelled, so please make alternative arrangements for those to avoid late or missed payments. Once your profile has been deleted, all payees and payment history will be lost.
  • You will no longer qualify for any Keystone Rewards accounts as you will no longer be able to meet the requirements of monthly Digital Banking logins and e-statement enrollment.
  • Your accounts and loans with First Keystone will remain open. This process only pertains to Digital Banking online access to those accounts and loans.  If you wish to close your account(s), please visit one of our branches and work with one of our Customer Service Representatives or Branch Managers to complete that request.
