Like many of you, we are continuing to monitor the rapid changes affecting the financial industry and our local communities due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus. As we follow the guidance from the World Health Organization (www.who.org) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.org), be assured that First Keystone Community Bank will be here for you before, during, and after this unprecedented event.
To address the potential impact of the Coronavirus, we have taken immediate measures to assess and update our Business Continuity Plan. The plan is designed to ensure that First Keystone can operate with the health and wellness of their customers and employees as a top priority. And we’re committed to doing just that.
Effective Monday, April 6, 2020, all branch locations will be operating under adjusted hours until further notice.
While our lobbies remain closed, our drive-thru service will be open 9AM – 4PM Monday-Friday, until further notice. Our weekend drive-thru hours, Saturdays 9AM-12PM and Sunday (Main Office only) 9AM-12PM, will remain the same. The walk-up window at the rear entrance of our Main Office location will also be accessible during these adjusted hours Monday – Saturday. Our Nescopeck and Briar Creek office locations, which do not host a drive-thru, will be temporarily closed. For locations and hours please click here.
We’re fully focused on providing access to your accounts and finances through services such as Online Banking, our Mobile Banking app for Smartphones, our ATM network, and Telephone Banking. These tools allow you to check balances, make payments, deposit checks, and perform many other necessary tasks, all from the convenience of your home. If you would like to open a new personal deposit account, visit www.fkc.bank and select the “Open an Account” option for online account opening.
If you’re negatively impacted by the current environment, have a question or concern, or have a need for an in-branch appointment, please contact us at 570-752-3671 or toll free 888-759-2266.
We have completed a detailed analysis of our technology, making sure that operations can continue to process transactions in a safe and reliable manner. We’ll also be reducing our travel plans and taking a hard look at the in-person meetings that have become part of our daily lives.
We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to serve our customers and protect our employees in the most efficient manner possible. Please watch our website (www.fkc.bank) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FKCBank/) for updates and we encourage you to follow the global and local developments in this fast-moving event.
