We would like to congratulate Chris Matthews and Tiffany Bienkowski for their recent completion and graduation from the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce Leadership Central Penn program!
In addition to their responsibilities with FKCB as commercial loan officers, they dedicated their time over the past 9 months to learn about relevant issues such as Economic/Community Development, Government, Cultural Diversity, Human Services/Health Care, Law and Legal Issues, and also concentrated on further developing their Interpersonal Skills such as Change Management, Leadership Style, Communications and Public Relations.
