First Keystone Community Bank Announces New Commercial Services Officer
Berwick, Pennsylvania – First Keystone Community Bank (FKCB) is pleased to announce the addition of Todd Serafin, Vice President/Commercial Services Officer, based out of the bank’s Hanover office located on the Sans Souci Highway in Hanover Township.
Serafin has 40 years of banking experience, starting with check processing, moving to the commercial credit department as a commercial credit analyst, and then to commercial lending where he has spent the most recent 33 years of his career. He is a graduate of King’s College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, and a graduate of the Omega Commercial Lending Program and Executive Leadership Wilkes-Barre (now known as Leadership Northeast).
Todd joins the FKCB commercial lending team under the leadership of Chief Lending Officer Jonathan Littlewood.
“Todd comes to FKCB with years of banking experience and an outstanding reputation in the Wyoming Valley region,” Littlewood said. “His training and knowledge base will be an asset to our Commercial Lending team and our customers.”
Todd has always been community-oriented, having held membership with various organizations including MetroAction, Wilkes-Barre Kiwanis, Board Member for the Osterhout Free Library Central Branch Wilkes Barre, and a Friend of the Osterhout Free Library North Branch.
Todd resides in Wilkes-Barre and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
