FIRST KEYSTONE BANKER COMPLETES PA BANKERS’ ADVANCED SCHOOL OF BANKING
Berwick, PA – Stacia Arnaud, Vice President and Commercial Services Officer, recently completed
coursework at the 2023 Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers) Advanced School of
Banking and has graduated from the program.
PA Bankers’ Advanced School of Banking is a three-year program that teaches financial services
knowledge and skills and paves the road for participants to become leaders at any level within
their organization. The curriculum provides a greater understanding of the multiple banking
disciplines and how those disciplines work together within the bank. It is comparable to 200-,
300- and 400 level college course study.
Other First Keystone Community Bank employees in attendance at the Advanced School were
Jessica Thorne, Accountant II Officer, completing her second year in the program and Tiffany
Bienkowski, Assistant Vice President and Commercial Services Officer, completing her first year.
Arnaud has been with First Keystone Community Bank for 6 years, as a Vice President and
Commercial Services Officer, she works with our local business customers to service their
accounts and assist them with achieving their financial goals. She has attended numerous
conferences and webinars to continue her education and keep up with new trends in the
banking industry. She volunteers her time in the community, works with the Youth Aid Panel
and is Secretary of the Osterhout Free Library Board of Directors. Stacia resides in the Back
Mountain area with her husband and children.
