AREA BANKER APPOINTED TO REGIONAL OFFICE
Elaine A. Woodland, President and C.E.O. of First Keystone Community Bank, has been elected group chair of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers’) Group Three. The groups within the state are defined by geography and play a significant role in the nominating process, banker education and grassroots efforts of the association.
Woodland will serve a two-year term, starting July 1, 2022.
Woodland has served the banking industry for 41 years and in her current role of President and C.E.O. is responsible to design and establish a shared vision, culture, and set of values that is goal-oriented, performance based, and recognizes and rewards staff for their dedication and accomplishments. She also has responsibility to implement, direct and execute the Bank’s strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
