AREA BANKER APPOINTED TO REGIONAL OFFICE

Elaine A. Woodland, President and C.E.O. of First Keystone Community Bank, has been elected group chair of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers’) Group Three. The groups within the state are defined by geography and play a significant role in the nominating process, banker education and grassroots efforts of the association.

Woodland will serve a two-year term, starting July 1, 2022.

Woodland has served the banking industry for 41 years and in her current role of President and C.E.O. is responsible to design and establish a shared vision, culture, and set of values that is goal-oriented, performance based, and recognizes and rewards staff for their dedication and accomplishments. She also has responsibility to implement, direct and execute the Bank’s strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

PA Bankers has been bringing banks and bankers together for more than 125 years to learn, grow, serve and engage with their peers, communities and lawmakers. The Association has built a strong reputation as a leading advocate for pro-banking policies at the state and federal levels, as well as the delivery of quality education, products and services for banks of all sizes and their employees.
