For Jack McDonough, a career in banking wasn’t always part of the plan. After graduating from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in finance, Jack thought banking could be a good place to start his career. When he saw that First Keystone Community Bank had a location on Main Street in Stroudsburg and was hiring a teller position, he decided to give it a try. 

Two and a half years later, Jack is still part of the First Keystone Community Bank team, now working as a Customer Service Representative in the Bethlehem office. 

Jack started at First Keystone Community Bank as a full-time teller before moving into his current role. Today, he enjoys helping customers and recommending products and services that best fit their needs. 

“I enjoy getting to know my customers and working with local businesses,” Jack said. 

When he’s not at work, Jack enjoys playing golf and men’s softball, spending time with friends, going on hikes, and watching football and other sports. Being a big sports fan, there’s usually a game or activity keeping him busy outside of work.
